Because of the nature of contracting work, the specific services we provide will vary from client to client, but in general, Globaltech coordinates, manages and supervises construction activities to ensure a project is complete, safe and properly built in strict accordance with contract documents. We use subcontractors, suppliers and our own professional forces to provide the necessary labor, materials, equipment, temporary utilities and facilities to complete construction of a project.

It is not enough, however, to merely work with our clients during the construction phase. A successful project requires thorough planning, and Globaltech is fully equipped to handle that just as much as we do construction. During the pre-construction phase, we work with the design team and clients to create a plan. We discuss design parameters, scope of work, quality requirements, schedule and, most importantly, budgeting. We perform cost and constructability analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and avoid redesign fees, so our clients know their projects are being handled with cautious frugality.
